Museum Rentals

The R.E. Olds Transportation Museum is available to rent for private events and functions! Whether you’re looking for space for a meeting or are searching for a unique setting for a cocktail party, fundraiser, or wedding reception, the museum makes for an unforgettable venue. Please call 517.372.0529 to check for availability.

Capacity: 299 in the building at one time. We recommend 200 people or less for seated events due to limited table space.

Amenities: Wifi, 82” smart TV with multiple inputs, sound system

You are welcome to use our 6’ round tables, we have 8’ long tables for catering, 6 high-top tables, and 100 folding chairs. You are also welcome to bring in your own rented tables and chairs. A wooden bar is available for $75.

Catering: You are welcome to use our recommended caterers or choose your own.

Four hours are included with your quote, but more time may be requested. The museum's normal operating hours end at 5pm; your quote will increase if we must close to the public before 5.
